Development of a 5 acre, hillside, R-40 single family home lot into a two-story 14,000 square foot new construction church which includes a 350 person sanctuary, a lobby for gathering, an adult education room, youth classrooms, and administrative offices. Site improvements include a 160 space parking lot with fire truck access and turn around, an extensive storm water management system, a coordinated trash & recycling enclosure, preservation of protected Oak trees, professional water conserving landscaping, safeguarding of the existing home to remain, and a new site fencing plan. Off site infrastructure improvements to increase a water main and expand a single lane road into a two way street with cul-da-sac. Hire and manage structural, mechanical, electrical, & plumbing engineers as well as an arborist, landscape architect, and irrigation designer. Management also of civil and geotechnical engineers.

Development of a vacant lot in a planned housing development.Planning, Building, and Fire Department drawing for a custom home. The property is nestled in the Southeast hillside of Los Gatos Town. The new home consists of 10,000 square feet of interior spaces which include five (5) Bedrooms, Home Office, six (6) Bathrooms, two (2) Powder Rooms, three (3) Car Garage, a Gym, Recreation Room, Game Room, Media Room, Wine Cellar with a built-in Bar. The design also includes a variety of resort style outdoor spaces such as an elevated view terrace, an infinity pool with a swim-up bar, a spa, an outdoor kids play pad area, as well as covered open air living and dining spaces.Construction is type V-B and is classified as a single family detached R3/U1. Project management of geotechnical, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, & plumbing engineers. Coordination with Planning, Building, and Fire Department officials. Owner-builder.

Worked with client to document his design intent, coordinate with the engineers, submit to the county, and revise to address plan check comments and receive a permit. Communication with Judi, the senior planner, to move the project forward and streamline revisions and construction administration.

The team worked alongside with the Interior Designer on evaluating the design of all the custom furniture, light fixtures, and custom rugs in the first and second floor Bedrooms, Living Rooms, Hallways, Bar, and Guest House. This beautiful 6,488 square feet mid-century beach front home has (9) Bedrooms and (8.5) bathroom. The unique floor plan forced the design team to come up with custom furniture.
The team also supported with material take-off and confirming measurements for purchasing.

Worked with client to obtain the administrative use permit from the City of Concord to allow for special, larger community events to take place in her fitness facility studio. EPIC provided digital architectural drawings which included a site plan, floor plan showing existing fitness club layout, and floor plan showing future private event layout.
