EPIC is the practice of Amy Felix, serving developers, investors, and contractors who need plans that permit, drawings that bid clean, and a project team that returns the call.

Amy is the principal architect at EPIC. Her practice spans residential, commercial, healthcare, and institutional work, from feasibility studies on undeveloped lots to design-build coordination on 8 and 9-figure builds. She is licensed in California and operates as EPIC across California and Florida markets.
Her work on the American Institute of Architects energy code panel reflects how she practices day to day: precise on the code, generous on communication, and unwilling to hand a client a set of drawings that will not permit.
From early-stage feasibility through permitted construction documents, in residential, commercial, healthcare, and institutional work.

Considering a property?
Before you put money in the ground, or in escrow, get answers. EPIC's feasibility studies assess zoning, allowable area, height limits, utility access, parking, and what's actually buildable on the lot. Two weeks or less to a digital report you can show partners, lenders, and the seller.
